With bright, zesty notes from the Prohibition Spirits Limoncello and a hint of aged sophistication from the Prohibition Spirits Barreled Sonoma Dry Gin, this drink is perfect for lounging by the pool or enjoying a sunny afternoon on the patio. Ingredients: - 1 oz Prohibition Spirits Limoncello - 1.5 oz Prohibition Spirits Barreled Sonoma Dry Gin - 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice - 0.5 oz honey syrup (1:1 ratio of honey to water) - 3 oz sparkling water - Lemon twist and sprig of fresh thyme for garnish Instructions: 1.
