Zombie's Revenge

This cocktail is a potent blend of various spirits and juices that will pack a punch and wake the dead. Although traditionally made with apricot brandy, we are giving it a unique twist by omitting it. Ingredients: - 1 oz white rum - 1 oz dark rum - 1 oz pineapple juice - 1 oz orange juice - 1 oz lime juice - 1/2 oz grenadine - 1/2 oz blue curacao - 1 dash of absinthe - Crushed ice - Pineapple leaves (for garnish) Instructions: 1. Fill a shaker with ice and add all the liquids except for the absinthe. 2. Give it a good shake until it is well mixed and chilled. 3. Strain the mixture into a highball glass filled with crushed ice. 4. Pour the absinthe over the back of a spoon so that it floats on top of the drink. 5. Garnish with pineapple leaves and enjoy!
