Whiskey Infusion

This drink is a perfect balance of sweet and smoky flavors. The smoothness of the whiskey is enhanced with a homemade infused honey, which is then mixed with fresh lemon juice and a dash of bitters. Ingredients: - 2 oz whiskey - 1 oz infused honey (made by mixing honey with smoked paprika and a pinch of cayenne pepper) - 3/4 oz fresh lemon juice - 1 dash of bitters Instructions: 1.
