Virgin Mojito

A refreshing twist on the classic cocktail, without the alcohol. Ingredients: - 1 lime, cut into wedges - 1 handful of fresh mint leaves - 2 teaspoons of sugar - 1 cup of soda water - Crushed ice Directions: 1. In a tall glass, squeeze the juice from the lime wedges. 2. Add the mint leaves and sugar into the glass. 3. Use a muddler or the back of a spoon to crush the mint leaves and mix the ingredients together. 4. Fill the glass with crushed ice and pour soda water over the ice. 5.
