Ingredients: - 2 oz honeydew melon juice - 1 oz raspberry vodka - 1 oz butterfly pea flower tea (strongly brewed and chilled) - 1/2 oz elderflower liqueur - 1/2 oz fresh lime juice - 1/2 oz simple syrup - 2 dashes of orange bitters - 1 oz melon foam (see instructions below) Melon Foam: - 2 oz honeydew melon juice - 1 oz egg white - 1/2 oz simple syrup Instructions: 1. In a shaker, combine honeydew melon juice, raspberry vodka, butterfly pea flower tea, elderflower liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup, and orange bitters. 2. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously until well-chilled. 3. Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail coupe glass. 4. To make the melon foam, vigorously shake the melon juice, egg white, and simple syrup until frothy. Carefully layer the foam on top of the cocktail with a spoon. 5.
