Violet Dream

This beautiful and fragrant cocktail is made with premium vodka and homemade lavender simple syrup. The sweet floral notes complement the smoothness of the vodka, making it a refreshing and unique drink. Ingredients: - 2 oz premium vodka - 1 oz lavender simple syrup - 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice - Lavender sprig for garnish To make the lavender simple syrup, combine 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water, and 1/4 cup dried culinary lavender in a saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar has dissolved. Remove from heat and let steep for 20 minutes. Strain out the lavender and let cool. To make the cocktail, fill a shaker with ice and add the vodka, lavender simple syrup, and lemon juice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with a sprig of lavender and enjoy!
