Vesper Martini

This classic drink is the same one that James Bond orders in Ian Fleming's "Casino Royale." It's a vodka martini that is made with gin and Lillet Blanc instead of vermouth. Ingredients: - 3 oz gin - 1 oz vodka - 1/2 oz Lillet Blanc - Lemon peel, for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a shaker with ice. 2. Add gin, vodka, and Lillet Blanc to the shaker and stir until chilled. 3. Strain the drink into a chilled martini glass. 4. Use a vegetable peeler to cut a strip of lemon peel. 5. Twist the lemon peel over the drink to release the oils and drop it into the glass. 6. Enjoy your Vesper Martini, just like James Bond would!
