This is a unique twist on the classic Amaretto Sour. We're swapping out the standard whiskey for a bold and spicy bourbon that will really elevate the flavors of this cocktail. Ingredients: - 2 oz amaretto - 1 oz bourbon - 1 oz fresh lemon juice - 1/2 oz simple syrup - 1 egg white - Orange slice and cherry for garnish Instructions: 1. Combine the amaretto, bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker without ice. 2. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white. 3.
