Ingredients: - 2 oz white rum - 1 oz homemade pineapple shrub (pineapple, sugar, apple cider vinegar) - 1/2 oz fresh lime juice - Sparkling water to top - Pineapple slice and mint sprig for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a shaker with ice and add the rum, pineapple shrub, and fresh lime juice. 2. Shake well until the outside of the shaker feels cold. 3.
