The Opera Breeze

This drink is a perfect blend of sweet and tangy flavors, making it a refreshing summer drink that will leave you feeling rejuvenated. Here's what you'll need: - 2 oz. of gin - 1 oz. of fresh lemon juice - 1 oz. of honey syrup - 1 oz. of raspberry syrup - 3-4 fresh mint leaves - Club soda To make the honey syrup, mix equal parts honey and water in a saucepan and heat until the honey dissolves. To make the raspberry syrup, blend fresh raspberries and strain out the seeds. Mix all of the ingredients (except the club soda) in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into a tall glass filled with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint. Sip slowly while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Gothenburg Opera. Cheers!
