The London Fog

This classic cocktail is made with gin, Earl Grey tea, honey syrup and lemon juice. Ingredients: - 2 oz gin - 2 oz Earl Grey tea, chilled - 1 oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water) - 1 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice - Lemon twist, for garnish Instructions: 1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine gin, Earl Grey tea, honey syrup and lemon juice. 2. Shake until well combined and chilled. 3. Strain into a glass filled with ice. 4. Garnish with a lemon twist. 5. Enjoy your London Fog!
