The Desert Oasis

This refreshing summertime cocktail features the unique flavor of sotol, a spirit distilled from the Desert Spoon plant found in northern Mexico. Ingredients: - 2 oz sotol - 1 oz fresh lime juice - 3/4 oz agave nectar - 1 oz fresh watermelon juice - 3-4 dashes of grapefruit bitters - Salt and chili powder for rimming the glass - Watermelon wedge for garnish Directions: 1. Rim a chilled glass with salt and chili powder. 2. In a shaker filled with ice, combine sotol, lime juice, agave nectar, watermelon juice, and grapefruit bitters. 3. Shake well and strain into the rimmed glass filled with ice. 4. Garnish with a watermelon wedge and enjoy!
