The Bitter Symphony

This original amaro cocktail is a symphony of bitter and sweet flavors. To make it, you'll need: - 1 oz amaro (try Averna, Ramazzotti, or Cynar) - 1 oz bourbon - ½ oz fresh lemon juice - ½ oz honey syrup (equal parts honey and water, heated until honey dissolves) - 1 dash orange bitters - Orange twist, for garnish Combine all ingredients except garnish in a shaker with ice.
