Sweet Home Indiana

This sweet and refreshing cocktail is a tribute to the Hoosier state. The drink is made with: - 1 1/2 oz. vanilla vodka - 1 oz. blue curaçao - 1 oz. fresh lime juice - 1 oz. simple syrup - 1 oz. pineapple juice - Splash of grenadine To make the drink, combine all of the ingredients except the grenadine in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass filled with crushed ice. Top the drink with a splash of grenadine and garnish with a lime wheel and a sprig of mint. The blue color of the drink is eye-catching and reminiscent of the blue cornfields of Indiana. Enjoy!
