This cocktail will definitely surprise your taste buds with its unique blend of flavors. Ingredients: - 1 1/2 oz gin - 1 oz fresh lime juice - 3/4 oz jalapeno infused simple syrup* - 1/2 oz Cointreau - 1/2 oz blue curacao Directions: 1. Fill a shaker with ice 2. Add all of the ingredients into the shaker and shake well. 3. Strain the mixture into a chilled glass filled with ice. 4. Garnish with a lime wheel and jalapeno slice. *To Make Jalapeno infused simple syrup: Combine 1 cup of sugar, 1 cup of water and 2 sliced jalapenos in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves. Remove from heat and let the jalapenos steep in the syrup for at least 15 minutes before straining them out.
