Sunset Over the Tropics

Description: This layered cocktail captures the vibrant colors of a tropical sunset and delivers a complex, fruity flavor profile that dances on the palate. Ingredients: 1 oz Au Blue Raspberry Vodka 1 oz Rhubarb and Ginger Gin 1/2 oz Malibu 1/2 oz Cherry Liqueur 1/2 oz Blueberry Gin 1/2 oz Peach Schnapps 1/2 oz Simple Syrup 1 oz Pineapple Juice 1 oz Orange Juice 1 oz Passion Fruit Juice 1/4 oz Grenadine 1/2 oz Blue Curacao 1/2 oz Strawberry and Watermelon Vodka 1 oz Lemonade for topping 1 Egg White (optional for frothiness) Glass: Hurricane Glass Instructions: 1. In a shaker, combine Au Blue Raspberry Vodka, Rhubarb and Ginger Gin, Malibu, Cherry Liqueur, Blueberry Gin, Peach Schnapps, Simple Syrup, Pineapple Juice, Orange Juice, and Passion Fruit Juice. 2. If using, add the egg white to the shaker for added frothiness. 3. Dry shake (shake without ice) the mixture for about 15 seconds to incorporate the egg white. 4. Add ice to the shaker and shake vigorously until well chilled. 5. Strain the mixture into a Hurricane glass filled with ice. 6. Slowly pour the Grenadine down the side of the glass to create a layered effect at the bottom. 7. Drizzle the Blue Curacao on top to create the "sunset" appearance. 8. Add Strawberry and Watermelon Vodka as a float on top. 9. Top off with a splash of Lemonade. 10. Garnish with a cherry and a slice of pineapple on the rim of the glass.
