Sunset on the Danube

This refreshing cocktail is perfect for a summer evening! Made with non-peach palinka, it has a smooth and fruity taste that will leave you wanting more. To make this cocktail, you'll need: - 2 oz. non-peach palinka - 1 oz. fresh orange juice - 1 oz. fresh grapefruit juice - 1/2 oz. fresh lemon juice - 1/2 oz. honey syrup* - Splash of club soda - Orange slice and fresh mint for garnish To make the honey syrup, mix equal parts honey and hot water until the honey has dissolved. In a shaker filled with ice, combine the palinka, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and honey syrup. Shake well and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with a splash of club soda and give it a quick stir. Garnish with an orange slice and a sprig of fresh mint. Enjoy!
