Sunset Enchantment

Description: Sunset Enchantment is a vibrant and refreshing cocktail that captures the colorful magic of a setting sun. It combines the tangy sweetness of grenadine with the bitter complexity of Aperol, accented by herbal notes of sweet vermouth and a hint of anise. Ingredients: - 1 1/2 oz Tequila - 1/2 oz Triple Sec - 1/2 oz Aperol - 1/4 oz Sweet Vermouth - 1/4 oz Anisette - 1 oz Sweet and Sour - 1/4 oz Grenadine - 2 dashes Angostura Bitters Instructions: 1. Fill a shaker with ice. 2. Add the tequila, triple sec, Aperol, sweet vermouth, anisette, sweet and sour, and grenadine. 3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled. 4. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. 5. Gently add 2 dashes of Angostura bitters on top for a fragrant finish. 6. Garnish with an orange twist to enhance the sunset effect.
