Ingredients: - 1.5 oz Limoncello - 1 oz Gin - 1 oz Fresh grapefruit juice - 0.5 oz Honey syrup (2 parts honey, 1 part water) - 3 Fresh basil leaves - Club soda, to top - Basil sprig and grapefruit twist, for garnish Instructions: 1. Muddle the basil leaves gently in a shaker to release their oils. 2. Add the limoncello, gin, grapefruit juice, and honey syrup to the shaker. 3. Fill the shaker with ice, and shake vigorously until well-chilled. 4. Double strain into a chilled highball glass filled with fresh ice. 5. Top with a splash of club soda. 6.
