Ingredients: - 2 oz passion fruit juice - 1 oz coconut rum - 1 oz elderflower liqueur - 1/2 oz fresh lime juice - 1/4 oz grenadine - 1 oz sparkling water - Fresh pineapple and edible flower for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a shaker with ice and add passion fruit juice, coconut rum, elderflower liqueur, and lime juice. 2. Shake well until chilled and strain into a chilled hurricane glass filled with ice. 3. Slowly pour grenadine into the glass, allowing it to settle at the bottom and create a gradient effect. 4. Top off with sparkling water. 5.
