Summer Solstice Sipper

This refreshing and fruity cocktail celebrates the longest day of the year with bright and bold flavors. To make, combine 1 1/2 oz of vodka, 1 oz of freshly squeezed lemon juice, 1 oz of honey syrup (equal parts honey and water), and 1/2 oz of triple sec in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled glass filled with ice. Top with 2 oz of fresh watermelon juice and garnish with a slice of grilled pineapple and a mint sprig. Sip and enjoy as you soak up the sunshine on the first day of summer!
