Ingredients: - 2 oz strawberry-infused gin - 1 oz elderflower liqueur - 0.75 oz fresh lemon juice - 0.5 oz simple syrup - 2 fresh strawberries (muddled) - Top with prosecco - Lemon twist and small strawberry for garnish Instructions: 1. Muddle the fresh strawberries at the bottom of a cocktail shaker. 2. Add the strawberry-infused gin, elderflower liqueur, fresh lemon juice, and simple syrup into the shaker filled with ice. 3.
