Made with fresh ginger, mint, and vodka, this drink is perfectly balanced with a touch of sweetness from honey and a splash of citrus from lemon juice. Ingredients: - 2 ounces vodka - 1/2 ounce honey syrup (1:1 honey to water) - 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice - 1/2 ounce fresh ginger juice - 3-4 fresh mint leaves - Club soda, to top Instructions: 1.
