Smoke & Sparkle

A seductive cocktail that combines the effervescence of champagne with the rich flavor of coffee liquor and a hint of smoke. Ingredients: - 1 oz coffee liquor - 4 oz champagne - Mesquite wood chips - Ice cubes - Garnish: espresso beans or orange twist Instructions: 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the coffee liquor. 2. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds to chill the liquor. 3. Strain the liquor into a chilled champagne flute. 4. Lightly char mesquite wood chips and place them in a glass cloche or covered vessel to capture the smoke. 5. Once the smoke has filled the vessel, remove the cover and quickly pour the champagne into the flute. 6. Garnish with espresso beans or an orange twist. 7. Sip slowly and savor the complex flavors and aromas of Smoke & Sparkle.
