Sesame Swirl

This delightful spring cocktail features a unique combination of nutty flavors with a silky texture that will leave you wanting more. To create this drink, we first fat-washed our gin with toasted sesame oil to give it a rich, earthy taste. Next, we added a splash of apricot liqueur and fresh lemon juice to brighten up the drink. Finally, to achieve the signature silky texture, we used the advanced technique of reverse dry shaking before garnishing with a sesame seed rim and a sprig of fresh thyme.
