Description: A modern twist on the classic Sazerac, the Sazerzac Fizz combines the robust flavors of rye and absinthe with a citrusy spark, adding an effervescent lift to create a refreshing and spirited cocktail. Ingredients: - 1.5 oz rye whiskey - 0.25 oz absinthe - 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice - 0.5 oz simple syrup - 1 egg white - Club soda - Lemon twist for garnish Instructions: 1. Add the rye whiskey, absinthe, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white to a cocktail shaker without ice. 2. Dry shake (shake without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify the egg white. 3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled. 4.
