Rhum Berry Fizz

A refreshing and fruity cocktail that combines the rich flavors of rum with the sweetness of dehydrated strawberries. The addition of wine and juice adds a delightful complexity, while the gaseous infusion of water gives it a lively fizz. Ingredients: - 2 oz rhum - 1 oz wine (preferably red or rosé) - 2 oz strawberry juice - 4 oz carbonated water - 1 dehydrated strawberry (for garnish) Instructions: 1. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the rhum, wine, and strawberry juice. 2. Shake well for about 10 seconds to chill and mix the ingredients together. 3. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with fresh ice cubes. 4. Top up the glass with carbonated water and gently stir. 5. Garnish with a dehydrated strawberry on the rim of the glass. 6.
