Pink Lady Royale

This cocktail is a luxurious, frothy twist on the classic Pink Lady. Made without bourbon or whiskey, it includes a delicious combination of gin, applejack brandy, and fresh lemon juice. The egg white adds a velvety texture, while the addition of sparkling wine gives it a celebratory feel. Ingredients: - 2 oz gin - 1 oz applejack brandy - 1 oz fresh lemon juice - 1/2 oz grenadine - 1 egg white - 2 oz sparkling wine Instructions: 1. Combine gin, applejack brandy, lemon juice, grenadine, and egg white in a shaker without ice. 2. Dry shake for 10-15 seconds to emulsify the egg white. 3. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for another 15-20 seconds. 4. Strain the mixture into a chilled coupe glass. 5. Top with 2 oz of sparkling wine. 6. Garnish with a lemon twist or cherry.
