Description: Perseid Nightfall is a cocktail designed to capture the serene and majestic experience of stargazing during the Perseid Meteor Shower. This drink combines the dark, rich flavors of berries with a hint of herbal and citrus notes, creating a cosmic taste sensation. The sparkling finish mirrors the twinkle of distant stars. Ingredients: - 2 oz gin - 1 oz Crème de Mûre (blackberry liqueur) - 1 oz freshly squeezed lime juice - 0.5 oz simple syrup - 2 dashes of lavender bitters - 3 fresh blackberries - A sprig of fresh thyme - Top with champagne or sparkling wine Instructions: 1. Muddle the fresh blackberries at the bottom of a shaker with the thyme and simple syrup. 2. Add the gin, Crème de Mûre, lime juice, and lavender bitters to the shaker with ice. 3.
