Peachy Bourbon Smash

This deliciously refreshing cocktail combines the rich, smoky flavor of bourbon with the bright, sweet notes of fresh peaches. To make this drink, you will need: - 2 oz bourbon whiskey - 1/2 fresh peach, peeled and diced - 1 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice - 1/2 oz simple syrup - 3-4 fresh mint leaves - Club soda - Crushed ice To start, muddle the diced peach and mint leaves in the bottom of a shaker. Add the bourbon, lemon juice, and simple syrup and fill with ice. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds to chill and combine the ingredients.
