Description: Celebrate Memorial Day with the vibrant and refreshing Patriot's Refresh cocktail. This layered drink showcases red, white, and blue hues, delivering a mix of fruity, citrus, and floral notes. Perfectly chilled, it's both a visual and gustatory delight. Ingredients: - 1 oz grenadine - 1 oz coconut rum - 1 oz blue curaçao - 3 oz pineapple juice - 3 oz soda water - Fresh lemon juice (from half a lemon) - Crushed ice - Fresh blueberries and a small lemon slice for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a tall highball glass with crushed ice. 2. Gently pour the grenadine over the ice, allowing it to settle at the bottom for the red layer. 3. In a shaker, combine the coconut rum, pineapple juice, and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Shake well and carefully pour over the back of a spoon onto the grenadine layer to create the white layer. 4. Mix blue curaçao with soda water and gently pour over the back of a spoon to float on top, forming the blue layer. 5. Garnish with fresh blueberries and a small lemon slice on top. 6.
