Oolong Fizz

This delicate and refreshing cocktail is inspired by the soothing flavor profile of oolong tea, balanced with the tartness of fresh lemon juice and the sweetness of honey. Ingredients: - 2 oz gin - 1 oz oolong tea syrup - 1 oz fresh lemon juice - ½ oz honey syrup - Club soda - Lemon twist for garnish To make the oolong tea syrup, steep 2 tablespoons of oolong tea leaves in 1 cup of hot water for 5 minutes. Strain out the tea leaves and mix in 1 cup of sugar until dissolved. To make the honey syrup, mix equal parts honey and hot water until thoroughly combined. To make the cocktail, combine the gin, oolong tea syrup, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a tall glass filled with ice and top with club soda.
