Ingredients: - 2 oz rye whiskey - 1 tsp simple syrup - 2 dashes Angostura bitters - 1 dash Peychaud's bitters - 1 tsp absinthe - lemon peel for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a mixing glass with ice. 2. Add rye whiskey, simple syrup, Angostura bitters, and Peychaud's bitters. 3. Stir all ingredients for about 30 seconds. 4. Rinse a chilled rocks glass with absinthe and discard the excess absinthe. 5. Strain the mixture into the rocks glass. 6. Garnish with a lemon peel.
