Blue Curaçao - 1 oz. passion fruit liqueur - 1 oz. vodka - 1 oz. fresh lime juice - 1/2 oz. simple syrup - 2 oz. sparkling water - Pop rocks (for rimming) - Lime wheel and edible glitter star (for garnish) Instructions: 1. Rim the edge of a chilled highball glass with lime juice, then dip it into a saucer of pop rocks to coat the rim. 2.
