Mystical Mist

Ingredients: - 2 oz mezcal - 1 oz elderflower liqueur - 1/2 oz fresh lime juice - 1/2 oz honey syrup - 2 dashes orange bitters - 1 sprig of rosemary Directions: 1. In a mixing glass, add mezcal, elderflower liqueur, fresh lime juice, honey syrup, and orange bitters. 2. Add ice to the mixing glass and stir until chilled. 3. Strain the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice. 4. Lightly torch the rosemary sprig with a kitchen torch to release its aroma and place it on top of the ice in the glass. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy the mysterious, smokey vibes of this summer eve cocktail.
