Modern Martini

This twist on the classic martini is made with a modern gin that has prominent notes of citrus and herbs. Ingredients: - 2.5 oz modern gin - 0.5 oz dry vermouth - Dash of orange bitters - Garnish: lemon twist Instructions: 1. Fill a mixing glass with ice and pour in the modern gin, dry vermouth, and a dash of orange bitters. 2. Stir the ingredients with a bar spoon until chilled and properly diluted. 3.
