Minty Banana Breeze

- 1 ripe banana - 10 fresh mint leaves - 1 tbsp honey - 2 oz white rum - 2 oz coconut water - 1 oz lime juice - Ice cubes Directions: 1. Cut the banana into small pieces and add them to a cocktail shaker along with the fresh mint leaves and honey. 2. Muddle the ingredients until the banana is mashed and the mint leaves are fragrant. 3. Add the rum, coconut water, and lime juice to the shaker and fill it with ice cubes. 4. Shake vigorously until the shaker is frosty and frosted. 5. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with more ice cubes. 6. Garnish with a mint sprig and a slice of banana, and enjoy your Minty Banana Breeze!
