Mezcal Tiki Style

This fiery and earthy cocktail is the perfect blend of smoky mezcal and tropical flavors. Ingredients: - 2 oz mezcal - 1 oz fresh lime juice - 1 oz passionfruit syrup - 1 oz pineapple juice - 1/2 oz orgeat syrup - 1/4 oz green chartreuse - Pineapple wedge and mint sprig for garnish Instructions: 1. Fill a shaker with ice. 2. Add mezcal, lime juice, passionfruit syrup, pineapple juice, orgeat syrup, and green chartreuse to the shaker. 3. Shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until well combined. 4. Strain the cocktail into a tiki glass filled with crushed ice. 5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and mint sprig. 6.
