Ingredients: - 1 oz Jamaican dark rum - 1 oz coconut rum - 1 oz pineapple juice - 3/4 oz mango puree - 1/2 oz lime juice - 1/2 oz carrot juice - 1/4 oz ginger syrup - 1/4 oz allspice dram - Dash of Angostura bitters - Pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry for garnish Instructions: 1. In a shaker filled with ice, combine Jamaican dark rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, mango puree, lime juice, carrot juice, and ginger syrup. 2. Shake well until chilled and strain into a tall hurricane glass filled with crushed ice. 3. Slowly float the allspice dram on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon. 4.
