Island Breeze

This original cocktail is made with a blend of 7 different rums, including dark, spiced, white and aged varieties. To balance the sweetness of the rum, we add 4 types of citrus juice - lime, lemon, orange and grapefruit - for a tangy kick. To enhance the flavor profile even further, we incorporate 3 types of bitters - Angostura, grapefruit and orange - which complement the sweetness of the rum and the sourness of the citrus juice. Shaken, not stirred, this Island Breeze cocktail is served over ice and garnished with a tiny umbrella for a tropical feel.
