Ingredients: - 2 oz of your favorite whisky (we recommend a single malt scotch) - 1 oz of fresh lemon juice - 1/2 oz of honey syrup (made by mixing equal parts honey and hot water) - 1/4 oz of Islay whisky (for that smoky flavor) - A dash of orange bitters Instructions: 1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice 2. Add in the whisky, lemon juice, and honey syrup 3. Shake well for about 10-15 seconds 4. Strain into a chilled glass 5. Add a splash of Islay whisky on top 6.
