Ingredients: - 1.5 oz Scottish Gin (preferably one with heather or botanical notes) - 0.75 oz Elderflower Liqueur - 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice - 0.5 oz Honey Syrup (mix equal parts honey and water) - 2 oz Sparkling Water - Fresh Mint Leaves - Lemon Twist for Garnish Instructions: 1.
