Ingredients: - 1.5 oz Uncle Nearest 1884 Small Batch Whiskey (created by Victoria Eady Butler) - 0.5 oz St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur - 0.75 oz lemon juice, freshly squeezed - 0.5 oz honey syrup (1:1 honey to water ratio) - 3 fresh blackberries - 2 dashes Angostura bitters - Sparkling water, to top Instructions: 1. Muddle the blackberries in a cocktail shaker. 2. Add the Uncle Nearest 1884 Whiskey, St. Germain, lemon juice, honey syrup, and Angostura bitters into the shaker. 3. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled. 4. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. 5. Top with a splash of sparkling water. 6.
