Green Planet Punch

This refreshing cocktail is a celebration of Earth Day 2023. It's made with organic and sustainable ingredients that are kind to our planet. Ingredients: - 2 oz organic gin - 1 oz fresh squeezed lime juice - 1 oz kiwi syrup - 1 oz cucumber juice - 1 oz sparkling water - Ice To make the kiwi syrup, blend 2 peeled kiwis with 1/2 cup of organic cane sugar and 1/2 cup of water until smooth. Strain to remove any pulp. To make the cucumber juice, blend 1 peeled cucumber with 1/4 cup of water until smooth. Strain to remove any pulp. To make the cocktail, add the gin, lime juice, kiwi syrup, and cucumber juice to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass filled with ice. Top with sparkling water and garnish with a slice of kiwi and a cucumber ribbon. Cheers to a greener planet!
