Green Gin Bean

This original cocktail is a refreshing mix of crisp green beans and smooth gin. To make, start by muddling 3-4 fresh green beans in a shaker. Add 2 oz of gin, 1 oz of fresh lemon juice, 1/2 oz of simple syrup and a dash of Angostura bitters. Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds.
