Green Chartreuse Swizzle

This refreshing cocktail is perfect for hot summer days. It features the complex, herbaceous flavor of Green Chartreuse, balanced with the sweetness of pineapple juice and the tartness of lime juice. Ingredients: - 1 1/2 oz Green Chartreuse - 3/4 oz fresh lime juice - 1 oz pineapple juice - 1/4 oz simple syrup - 3 dashes of Angostura bitters - Crushed ice Instructions: 1. Combine all ingredients (except for the bitters) in a Collins glass and stir well. 2. Fill the glass with crushed ice and stir again. 3. Add 3 dashes of Angostura bitters on top. 4.
