Description: Inspired by the bright vibrancy of Brazilian carnivals and the lush flavors of tropical fruits, the Golden Sunset Carnival is a sweet, festive cocktail that dances across the palate with notes of passion fruit, mango, and berries. This drink layers fruity complexity with a sparkling citrus finish, perfect for summer nights or any celebration. Ingredients: - 40ml Orange Maracuja (passionfruit-orange nectar) - 20ml Mango-Apfel-Orange (mango-apple-orange juice) - 30ml wódka - 20ml Gin 135 East - 10ml Bols Grenadine - 10ml Schwarzer Johannisbeere Syrup (black currant syrup) - 50ml Lemon soda - 10ml Aperol - Crushed ice - Garnish: fresh orange slice & edible flower Glass: Tall hurricane glass Instructions: 1. Fill a hurricane glass halfway with crushed ice. 2. In a shaker, combine Orange Maracuja, Mango-Apfel-Orange, wódka, Gin 135 East, Schwarzer Johannisbeere Syrup, and Aperol. Shake well with ice. 3. Strain over the crushed ice in the glass. 4. Slowly pour the grenadine down the inside of the glass to create a sunrise effect. 5. Top with lemon soda. 6. Garnish with an orange slice and an edible flower.
