Ginger Snap Fizz

This refreshing cocktail combines the spicy kick of fresh ginger with the frothy texture of egg whites. Here's what you'll need: - 2 oz gin - 1 oz fresh lemon juice - 1/2 oz ginger syrup (to make, simmer equal parts fresh ginger juice, water, and sugar until syrupy) - 1/2 oz simple syrup - 1 egg white - Club soda - Candied ginger, for garnish Add the gin, lemon juice, ginger syrup, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker without ice and dry shake vigorously for at least 10 seconds to emulsify the ingredients.
