Gin Tonic Aperol

This is a refreshing and citrusy cocktail that is perfect for a warm summer evening. It is a twist on the classic gin and tonic, with the addition of Aperol to give it a slightly bitter and sweet flavor. Ingredients: - 2 oz gin - 1 oz Aperol - 3 oz tonic water - 1 lime wedge - Ice Instructions: 1. Fill a highball glass with ice. 2. Pour 2 oz of gin over the ice. 3. Add 1 oz of Aperol to the glass. 4. Pour 3 oz of tonic water on top of the gin and Aperol. 5. Squeeze a lime wedge over the top of the drink. 6. Stir gently to combine all of the ingredients. 7. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve chilled.
