Frosty Sambuca Sparkler

This drink is a refreshing and unique twist on the classic Sambuca shot. Begin by combining 1 oz of Sambuca, 1 oz of freshly squeezed lime juice and 1 oz of simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds. Strain the mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Top off the drink with 2 oz of club soda and garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and a slice of cucumber. The mint and cucumber add a refreshing twist to the classic anise flavor of the Sambuca.
